Truthteller Fellowship for an Investigative Journalist

I’m a journalist and writer based in New York City. A child of parents in the military, I grew up moving throughout the American South and call the entire region home. I have a Bachelor of Arts in video journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, with a focus on multimedia and investigative reporting. I’m currently an investigative researcher at Documented, a watchdog-investigative journalism project, where I investigate the ways powerful right-wing actors attempt to undermine democracy. Outside of journalism, I enjoy rock climbing, reading, going to concerts and surfing. I’m also a DJ.
